Delivery and Returns


All domestic items are sent through our wonderful courier, who offers a carbon neutral shipping service. Please allow 7-10 working days to receive your product. We aim to have your products out of the studio within 2 working days of you placing your order, but if we cannot make this happen, we will be in contact with you to discuss your options!

We love using our carbon neutral courier service for most of our deliveries. If however you live rurally, we like to use AUSpost, as they are generally far faster at getting it to you.

Once you have received our email notifying you of shipment, your items are collected from our studio the next working day. From there, expect to have your items delivered within 7 working days at most! Deliveries within Brisbane metro generally take less than 2 days to be delivered.

Please note, we do not take any responsibility if the address you have entered is incorrect. We strongly advise you double check the address on your order prior to confirming it. If however you notice a discrepancy after your order is placed, please notify us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed through our courier and left our studio, the redelivery fee will be your responsibility. If you decide you do not want to pay for a redelivery, we will refund you the amount of your order, minus a $10 delivery fee.


Does something seem not quite right with your items? Perhaps they are damaged or decided to not show up at your door? Let us know! We will do everything in our power to rectify the problem. Our jars are glass, so if they do happen to arrive broken, please DO NOT continue to use your product. Simply email us with an image of the problem product and a description of how it arrived, dispose of it, and we will send a new one out for you! Glass in your fingers is never a good time (speaking from experience), and we cannot fix the problem if the product has been used. If you receive a faulty product and have proof of fault without use, we will gladly refund or offer a store credit on your entire order.

Any items that do require returning must be returned within 15 working days of receipt. Email us and we will do our best to help, by providing information including a return address for you to send to.

We don't accept returns for change of mind, but if you believe you ordered the wrong product and only realised after checkout, just email us at as soon as you can, and we can hopefully fix it before the order goes out to you.
